Ideal hotel, I loved its particularly good location.
The rooms with coffee and Japanese style beds, as example were neat. I had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was close enough to Chocolate factory and beer museum and Sapporo Station and a number of big department stores and the bus stop for the Airport Limousine Bus;)))

I really loved my stay at this hotel in Sapporo. the location is perfect, right beside the Sapporo JR main station. It made getting around the city so convenient and saved me from the rain with its underground passageway. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke good English. They even provided a softer pillow upon request. Lastly, the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western items, including delicious seafood like ikura with rice. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.
No negatives, everything was perfect.

It was perfectly located and we almost did not need to go onto the street level (where it was snowing) to get into the JR station/shopping malls across the road!

The hotel is within walking distance to Seibu and large shopping mall. Its exterior and interior design is also very new and modern. Free Wi-Fi in the lounge and room means you have access to the web anytime with just your portable device.
The room is relatively small (My room is a semi-double). Not a good recommendation if you have lots or big luggages or else you don't have place to even stand. If you drive, you better left some of your stuff in the car instead. Make sure you aren't late checking out. Otherwise you'll be charged additional 1,500 yen (for 1.5hr late) and additional charges for your parking fee too (500 yen) (which shock me when I was told by the hotel stuff that the hotel and car park is separately counted)

(1)Location: Very very convenient as it is directly connected to the underground street of Sapporo station. Great access to everywhere. around 10 minutes walk to the Hokkaido Tower. (2) Air conditioning: You can set the appropriate temperature in your room which does not exist in other hotel in Hokkaido/Sapporo throughout my trip. (3) Humidifier in the room.
(1) The bathroom has a not so decent sweat smell. There is a air refreshener in the room, so it got a little better after I sprayed that. (2) Not that spacey, but at least there was enough space for my friend and I to open our suitcase.

The hotel is located near jr Sapporo Station.
The staffs were not very friendly and welcoming. Our room's floor was dirty with stain and everything. The separation between smokers and non smokers was not very clear, therefore it gave people with allergies a hard time.

Plus, the underground passage and lift make it super easy to get around even in inclement weather. the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
